The hotel is ideally placed 3 minutes from both the Skytrain and the metro just off of Sukhumvit Road nearby many restaurants and with 10 shopping centres within 2 kilometres.

At The Key Bangkok Hotel each of the classically elegant rooms features a dining table and a kitchenette including a microwave and hob, a large fridge, sink and crockery. Situated next to Tops Supermarket and Robinsons Department Store, both the kitchen and wardrobe are easily stocked.

A 24-hour front desk will welcome you at all times, and when you are ready the tour desk and ticketing service will also be on-hand to help plan your days. Right in the middle of the Sukhumvit activities, with quick access to all Bangkok and independence guaranteed by kitchenette facilities, a value for money package is offered by The Key.

All older children or adults are charged THB 500.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room

The design of the bath tub was very poor. No matter how carefull I was, the water trickeled from the bath tub and on to the floor. I had to stop my shower in between many times to dry the edge of the bath tub to prevent flooding of the bath room.

very near bts train station that's why its very convenient.. rooms are clean and staff very friendly and warm. there is also a free use of internet at the lobby.

Convenient locations, within 2 mins walk to BTS

the map should shown both Westin / Robinson Store for customers to more locate the hotel more easily.

excellent location, very nice upmarket area right next to Westin Grande 5 star hotel, , friendly staff, new hotel, very comfortable, well-maintained rooms, only 1 min from Asok Skytrain station

Close to public transportations, friendly and charming staff.

The bed is less comfortable, The additional pillow is better then the main 2 pillows.

Location.

They did not change the bed sheet and pillow case even I request so and it is so smelly. Toilet bowl with urine stain when I check in to the room and nobody seem to clean it making the toilet so smelly, end up I clean it myself. Internet access in the room was crap, always got disconnected.

Proximity to BTR station, free internet throughout stay

Inefficient housekeeping(did not replenish bathroom toilet roll, shower gel regularly), noisy air conditioner system, inadequate lifts-only one for 39 rooms and 6 floors=long waiting time
