Everything! Upgraded to a executive suite on arrival, great breakfast, free internet, free drinks and canapes at happy hour, brilliant staff, could not have asked for better!

The only improvement could have been a larger outside space with a sun terrace.

The ambience of the room also the facilities that been offer.

I face a problem with my showeroom faucet. The holder of the faucet is not in order to hold the faucet. Need hotel maintainance people to perform the checking process of its equipment.

This hotel is a five star hotel however, I would only rate it as a 3 star hotel. We stayed in a hotel on Khoh San road on our last night with better facilities.
